As CEO of eVERSITY Online Campus and MAJESTiiC, Ingrid has spearheaded large-scale EdTech initiatives, achieving completion rates of up to 92%. Her expertise includes developing bespoke Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Management Systems (SMS), and cutting-edge eLearning tools.

Ingrid’s leadership extends to training over 200 educators and forging strategic partnerships across Australia and the Philippines. As an Industry Board Member and consultant, she continues to shape education through innovation and collaboration, inspiring learners and educators worldwide.

Sophie is known for her clear communication and industry connections, Sophie is currently keeping AAHPL updated on regulatory changes, fostering a proactive compliance culture, inclusivity and person-centred support.

Her qualifications—Diploma of Vocational Education and Training Compliance Management, Diploma of Quality Auditing, and Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems—equip her with advanced skills to develop robust training and assessment resources, ensuring our offerings align with national quality benchmarks.

Her presence strengthens AAHPL’s quality and compliance, ensuring they deliver valuable, high-quality education that meets the evolving needs of the Australian and International workforce.

Michelle Mercado

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy an accomplished Administration Manager at the Australian Academy of Higher & Professional Learning (AAHPL), supporting its operations through their EdTech provider, eVERSITY, and consulting group, MAJESTiiC. With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the College of the Immaculate Conception, Michelle brings expertise in administration, accounting, and customer support.

Her role includes providing technical support, conducting trainer orientations, liaising with university staff, and monitoring work schedules. Michelle also contributes to curriculum mapping, contextualising subjects, and preparing student progress reports.

With experience spanning education, maritime, and publishing industries, Michelle has honed her skills in multitasking, attention to detail, and ensuring seamless operations—making her a vital asset to AAHPL.

Decades of experience as a DJ, starting with vinyl and evolving to digital using the latest cutting-edge technology, have taught him how to craft the kind of noise that truly moves people—a skill he now channels into harmonising technology.
